Book cover design, logo & marketing material
Thanks to our successful work for Garzanti, we were asked to work on a book series restyling targeted for mass market readers. The design had to follow some elements of the previous series, as well as include the name “elefanti”. We decided to keep the existing elephant symbol and the typeface originally used: officina sans.
The logo design also followed a specific marketing strategy, as well as the covers, where we used big, bold titles, colourful covers, and a palette of colours for the spine and back covers. Up to date ushadesign has created more than 100 covers so far, and is in charge of the series Art Direction.
